01 / Choose the question

Who actually buys this?
What would make them try it?

That might be your question. Yours might be about pricing, adoption, distribution, or whether the problem matters enough to solve.

The sprint starts with the one assumption that matters most, and we help you shape a focused way to test it through conversations and research.

02 / Test it against reality

Find the perspectives
you’re missing.

Who uses the product, who owns the problem, and who approves the spend may be three different people.

We help you identify the operators and specialists whose perspectives matter, and seek the conversations worth having. You bring the findings back. Together we look at what they support, what they challenge, and what still needs testing.

03 / Decide what comes next

A roadmap built around
what you’ve learned.

Turn your sprint findings into priorities, actions, and milestones for the next 12 months.

Connect your plan for traction with the relationships worth pursuing, pilots where appropriate, and the evidence you need for funding readiness.

Partnerships & pilots

Let the next step
follow the fit.

When a genuine fit emerges with an industry organization, we’ll help explore what comes next: further discovery, a partnership conversation, or a possible pilot with a clear purpose.

Funding readiness

Know what you
still need to prove.

What can you demonstrate today? What evidence is missing? How would capital support your next stage? Your roadmap connects those questions to practical next actions.
