CORPORATE & INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

Help shape what comes next for hospitality.

Your company or institution has knowledge, reach, and resources that can move the industry forward. Through a financial partnership with Proxenia, you can put them to work alongside operators, founders, educators, and community leaders.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You see what hospitality needs. Help move the right work forward.

If you work in hospitality or serve the visitor economy, you see practical problems that deserve better solutions.

Operators often have few reliable ways to evaluate new ideas. Founders struggle to reach people who understand how hospitality works. Educators and researchers need stronger connections to current industry needs. Valuable knowledge remains scattered across companies, institutions, and individual relationships.

Your organization can help close those gaps. The Proxenia Foundation organizes programs that bring the right people together around real needs, promising ideas, and work that can produce measurable results.

People → Opportunities → Engagements → Outcomes

WAYS TO PARTNER

Select the kind of financial commitment that fits.

Most Proxenia partnerships include funding for the Foundation or a defined area of work. Expertise, introductions, facilities, technology, and professional services may strengthen the relationship when they address an identified need.

Foundation Partner

Provide flexible annual funding for the people, systems, memberships, and relationships behind all Proxenia programs.

Accelerator Partner

Fund a cohort, founder-access initiative, learning resource, showcase, or other defined part of the accelerator programs.

Network Partner

Fund the systems and coordination that allow operators, mentors, advisors, educators, and alumni to contribute through the Proxenos Network.

Research Partner

Fund research, industry briefings, and field conversations that turn hospitality experience into useful knowledge.

Convening Partner

Underwrite roundtables, showcases, and working gatherings that connect leaders around practical opportunities.

Capability Partner

Combine financial support with a professional service, facility, technology resource, or other capability the Foundation has identified as a current need.

A good partnership has a clear purpose, defined responsibilities, and value for everyone involved. Funding may take the form of a corporate contribution, program sponsorship, underwriting, grant, or shared project budget.

Before the partnership begins, we will document the work, financial commitment, responsibilities, participation, recognition, reporting, and next steps.

  • Participate in relevant briefings and gatherings
  • Involve appropriate employees or leaders
  • Receive updates on the work your organization funds
  • Be recognized in appropriate Foundation communications

Proxenia manages the work, coordinates participation, tracks progress, and reports back. Foundation governance, founder selection, research conclusions, and program decisions remain independent.

A CLEAR RELATIONSHIP

Know what your funding will support.

THE NEXT STAGE

Your funding can establish the next 12 months of work.

The Foundation is seeking funded partnerships and stewardship commitments to:

  • Deliver the next accelerator programs
  • Establish the Proxenos Network
  • Produce hospitality research and briefings
  • Convene operators, founders, educators, and regional leaders
  • Maintain essential industry memberships and access
  • Strengthen governance, technology, communications, and administration

Partners may fund a defined program or provide flexible support that allows the Foundation to direct resources where they are most needed.

We will begin with your organization’s priorities and the work Proxenia is preparing to deliver. If there is a fit, we will identify the right funding pathway, level of commitment, responsibilities, and next steps.
