The Proxenia Foundation is an independent nonprofit entity organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.
The Foundation's 501(c)(3) application was submitted to the IRS in Q1 2026.
IRS determination is expected by Q3 2026. Upon approval, all contributions made since the Foundation's date of formation (January 6, 2026)
will be recognized as tax-deductible retroactively.
For donors: While the Foundation awaits IRS determination, contributions support the Foundation's charitable work. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisors regarding deductibility. Upon 501(c)(3) approval, the Foundation will provide updated documentation for all prior contributions.
