501(c)(3) Application Pending
The Proxenia Foundation is a nonprofit organization. Its application for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) has been submitted to the Internal Revenue Service.
Upon IRS approval, contributions are expected to be recognized as tax-deductible retroactive to the Foundation’s date of formation, in accordance with federal nonprofit guidelines.
